This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Rankers application. Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.

• Photos uploaded for workout validation

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include:

• Device Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Device type, operating system and version
• Mobile browser type
• Unique device identifiers
• App usage statistics (e.g., time spent, actions performed)
• Crash and diagnostic data

Information from Device Permissions

With your prior permission, we may access:

• Your device’s camera and photo library to allow workout validation photos.

You can enable or disable access at any time through your device settings.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
